I just had to take this picture as I reminded me of one of those old paintings on the walls and ceilings of great churches with the Creator somewhere up above the clouds and bold rays of sun shining down from heaven.

Awed, no less!! It was an even more impressive sky when I viewed it spread from horizon to horizon over the sea. Almost reminded me of a vision of the End Days!!!

I always think that it’s a really good start to the day seeing an impressive sunrise over the sea, even if there is a cloudburst half-an-hour later.
