    1. Even for the sake of his spine and his poor old eyes, I think that poor holy man needs to sit up straighter and look into the distance on and off.

      And where have I heard that advice before? Ah, of course, to writers who sit for hours hunched in front of a computer, staring at the screen, sometimes forgetting to blink! Personally, I always sit up straight and I have my desk at a north-facing window overlooking my garden, so plenty of flowers and birds to aid my contemplation, without any glare from the sun to prevent me reading the screen on my PC 🙂
