    1. I used to work in psychiatry and was unfashionable in thinking that in certain cases of long-term mental illness, a person should be allowed some of their more harmless delusions. But that was in the days of the large institutions, where the patients lived in a protected environment. It’s harder, in a situation of living in the community, to allow them the freedom to swing from trees and fly through the air in public places!
