Waning crescent moon
slumps low in her sky hammock.
Dawn sings lullaby.

Absolutely wonderful, Sarah. 🙂
Thank you, so much, Sylvia 🙂
Love this Sarah, it’s even more perfect with the falling blog snow 🙂 ❤ xxxxx
Thank you Sherri 🙂 I agree that the snow adds an extra something to it. Makes it look like a Japanese painting.
This photo is spectacular, thankyou, Happy Christmas Sarah
I took it a few dawns ago last week, while standing in the garden in my dressing gown! Happy Christmas to you, too, Lilith
i adore dawn…which is just as well since my dear little cat, Maloos likes to get me up at 4 AM to let her out so she can patrol and pounce.
It’s my dog’s favourite time for patrolling, sniffing, and occasional scaring away of foxes. Dawn is when she reasserts her rights over her territory!
beautiful composition and poetry!!
Thanks, dear Cybele 🙂 I know how much you like the moon.
