My red geraniums have grown even bigger clusters of flowers since I took that picture, and more to come. There’s a marigold in a pot behind them, but it’s all leaf and no flower at the moment.

Yes there are gremlins you are right. I was just clicking back through your posts and I know I made a comment about this being a lovely corner to write in. Though I did have some reservations about the tentacles from the ammonite tickling my neck. And as I visit again it has gone.
It took 5 goes and a couple of reloads of the page to get this in.
