They are adorable, and I’m so lucky to have them as residents in my garden. That tree they’re perched on, is just outside my office window.

Looks like “he” is either trying to wake “her” up or convince her of something, though I could have the sexes totally wrong.

This is one of a series of pictures I took, as the encounter happened. In the early Spring, I have seen those two woodpigeons getting far more amorous, so I’m guessing they’re male and female, but you never know.

That was taken through the window from my computer desk. As you can imagine, there are many diversions from work with my garden always in my line of sight. I did try having my desk facing the wall, but that was so uninspiring, it gave me writer’s block!
