ladybirds are beautiful, but I do remember one year having a plague of them and they got everywhere, including inside our clothes and our cars. Needless to say, there were no aphids around that year to destroy our plants, as they’re ladybirds’ favourite yummy snack!

yes, my sister goes out to the farmers market here and buys bags of ladybirds to eat the aphids in the garden.
