    1. I admit to not having had the “heart” to eat it yet, but will soon. It can’t go to waste. It’s a bit like when someone makes a cake with a beautiful design on it, bringing yourself to make that first cut.

      Will put off eating the potato for one more night, as it’s spaghetti bolognese this evening.

    1. Thanks 🙂 I’ve finally brought myself to eat the potato. It took a lot of courage cutting into such a unique shape. Almost felt as if I was destroying a masterpiece.
